
Policies
“No Shows/ Cancellations/ Late Arrivals”
We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make it to your appointment. Please call as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it so we can find a time for your service.
If you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, show up after the 5 minute grace period, or continue to no-show, we reserve the right to deny making appointments. And in some cases, we will even recommend doing walk-in’s and requests rather than making appointments moving forward.
“Nail Complications/Fixes”
All services are “non-refundable”, but we will be more than happy to schedule corrective service within 24 hours of the initial service date, excluding lash or wax services.
•Enhancements and gel polish services are guaranteed for 3 business days. If you lose an enhancement, notice chips or lifting in the first 3 days, please call for a repair.
After 3 days, each repair will be $10+, not including the designs.
•Regular nail polish services are not guaranteed. We will fix them if you notify us within 24 hours.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not a change of mind after the service has been finished. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 24 hours to contact the Diva Nails to receive a corrective service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
“Pricing”
All prices are subject to change.
Our salon prices are a foundation that the technicians build on. Our service providers specialize in different services and have a range of skills and talents. The service provider is allowed to price their work according to what they believe is fair and reasonable. No price will be the same as everyone has different skill sets.
It is a “shared responsibility” of both client and technician to get a final number before beginning the services. If you believe there is a price discrepancy, please contact the salon within 24 hours.
“Gift Cards”
We are not liable to redeem any Gift Card that is presented for redemption after one year of purchase.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Clients are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card.
“Respect”
Diva Nails is a luxury nail salon with the goal to provide ultimate relaxation & reflection to all clients. Please be courteous & keep your group conversations to a whisper & your cell phone rings to silent. We all have busy schedules outside of the salon, please help us ensure a calm & peaceful environment inside the salon. We may remove any persons disturbing the peace of our valued clients.
“Extra Guests”
Due to hazardous chemicals, products, and implements within the salon environment, Diva Nails Salon asks that you please refrain from bringing small children to your appointment! We have a very small space so please refrain from bringing multiple friends/family or groups of friends/family to your appointments
